How the flute is held is less than ideal, often causing more tension in one side of the body or in specific areas of the body. This class will go over ways to find more symmetry and learn how imbalance can create unwanted tension affecting our structure, breath and movement. In addition, we will go over some stretches to help restore balance after practicing.
