The San Diego Flute Guild Spring Festival is back for 2025, bringing together flutists of all levels for an exciting day of music, learning, and community. This is California’s biggest flute day, and you don’t want to miss it.

Guest Artist: Benjamin Smolen (Haynes Artist)
Internationally acclaimed flutist Benjamin Smolen will give a recital and masterclass, sharing his artistry and expertise with festival attendees.
Young Artist Competition – Final Round
A high-level competition for emerging young professionals, featuring three finalists competing in a live adjudicated performance for a top prize.
Youth Artist Competitions – Final Round
A prestigious competition for talented flutists up to 12th grade, showcasing the top finalists in a live performance.
Workshops & Presentations
Learn from outstanding presenters offering interactive workshops, lectures, and performances designed for flutists of all levels.
Flute Choir – Open to All
Anyone who registers in advance can participate in the Festival Flute Choir, with a rehearsal and performance on festival day.
