The San Diego Flute Guild is currently accepting proposals for workshops, recitals, clinics, and other presentations for the Spring Festival on Sunday, April 23, 2023.
We are particularly seeking proposals for participatory workshops with topics of general interest to amateur flutists, teachers and students.
Presentation Formats:
Presenter is responsible for all audiovisual and/or accompanist needs.
We are accepting proposals for the following types of sessions:
- Workshop (25 or 50 minutes)
- Lecture-Recital (25 or 50 minutes)
- Recital (25 minutes), emphasizing cultural diversity and introducing us to less-known music
- Flute Choir (25 minutes), emphasizing cultural diversity, open to any age/ability groups (beginners, school age, college, adult)
Accepted presenters and performers agree to appear at the San Diego Flute Guild Spring Festival on April 23, 2023. Presenters at the Spring Festival will be compensated.
Proposals must be submitted by February 6, 2023.
