Next Week! 2019 Chamber Fest

Sunday, January 13, 2019 (2:00PM - 4:30PM)

San Marcos High School

The “Chamber Fest” combines flute and/or mixed ensembles in a festival where students play in a recital setting and are adjudicated by professional flutists. The performances will be open to the public. Mark your calendars and please join us for an afternoon of chamber music.

Event Recap: Holiday Concert

Our 2018 Winona Grant Holiday Concert was a huge success! We had a wide variety of ensembles that created an exciting program. During the event, we had our annual raffle, which raised over $300 for our scholarship fund. If you wish to donate to our scholarship fund, visit our website

Special thanks to those who assisted with the event: Suzy Farber and Emily Persinko (co-coordinators), Renee Tresko (Director, SDFG Sponsored Choir), and Elena Yarritu (host, SDFG Teachers' Choir). We also greatly appreciated the hospitality of our venue, Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Thanks to all of you who participated and attended!

Spots are limited for this masterclass (only 4 total!), so we encourage you to apply early. See this page for more information about requirements and how to apply.

We need YOU!

Our Spring Festival is an all hands on deck event. The continuing success of this event is heavily based on the generosity and time of our many volunteers. The festival provides numerous opportunities for anyone to give back to our thriving San Diego Flute Guild community. Volunteers get community service hours and our utmost gratitude for helping with this major event!

Please consider volunteering for our annual Spring Festival on April 14, 2019. The more help, the better; and we need all the help we can get!

For volunteering information, visit the Volunteer Page. Otherwise, let us know how you can help by emailing sandiegofluteguild@gmail.com
