Advertiser, Exhibitor & Sponsor Information

Business members of the San Diego Flute Guild have opportunities for advertising, exhibiting and sponsoring at the SDFG Spring Flute Festival each year.

We hope you will consider becoming an Advertiser, Exhibitor and/or Sponsor for this year’s event. We are looking forward to a wonderful event and would love to have you part of it!

Deadlines for the 2020 Spring Festival are as follows:

  • Submit your Festival Program Ad by March 10, 2020.
  • Register as an exhibitor by March 10, 2020, here.
  • Sponsor a competition by March 10, 2020.

Exhibitors’ table displays will be located in select areas of the event venue to provide the maximum exposure to all flutists attending the festival. Exhibitor space is available to all business members of the San Diego Flute Guild.

The fee to exhibit is $100. Businesses who are not currently members of the guild may sign up to become members prior to registration as an exhibitor.

Each exhibitor will have enough space for up to two 8 foot tables (noncontiguous). You are welcome to bring your own tables or displays or we can rent tables for you for an additional fee (see online registration form).

  • Space for two 8 foot tables.
  • Business card size ad in the printed festival program.
  • Reference in our eBlasts leading up to and immediately after the Festival.
  • Reference on our Facebook page and website.
  • Exhibitor Fee: $100.00 (Space for 2 tables)
  • Table rental, if needed, is $25 each (max 2 tables, bring your own tablecloths)

To become a Spring Festival Exhibitor:

  • Make sure your business membership is up to date here.
  • Register for the festival as an Exhibitor here.

Exhibitor space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be confirmed by March 10th, 2020.

2020 Exhibitors


The Spring Festival printed program is given to all of the festival attendees and is a great way to connect with all of the flutists attending the festival. We provide a limited number of advertising opportunities for direct advertising within the program. If you would like a large ad in the program, even if you are participating in the event in other ways, this is a great opportunity.

The Spring Festival program is a half-page booklet (full page stapled down center and folded) and we have Full and Half Page black and white ad options available.

  • Half Page: $50, 5.25" x 4.215" (Including bleed room).
  • Full Page:  $100, 5.25" by 8.25" (including bleed room).

Sponsor A Competition

The 2020 Spring Flute Festival has a number of flute performance competitions with the opportunity for sponsorship. This year we will once again be having our Young Artist Solo competition which attracts the highest caliber of competitors from around the country. Additionally, we have the Youth Artist Senior, Junior and Elementary competitive divisions for our local student competitors. Lastly, we continue to support our Festival competition divisions which provide an opportunity for all student competitors to win gold, silver and bronze awards based on an absolute ranking basis. The Spring Flute Festival is the largest flute competition opportunity in Southern California and we welcome you to be a part of this successful event.

This year the sponsorship opportunities are as follows:

  • Young Artist Division (exclusive and non-exclusive options)
  • Youth Artist Senior Division Sponsor (exclusive) - $650; non-exclusive available, email for details
  • Youth Artist Junior Division Sponsor (exclusive) - $450; non-exclusive available, email for details

  • Youth Artist Elementary Division Sponsor (exclusive) - $300 - fully sponsored for 2020! 

  • Festival Competition Sponsor (exclusive) - $250 - fully sponsored for 2020! 

All amounts shown are minimum sponsorship levels. Sponsors for Youth Artist divisions will be helping to pay for cash awards given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Sponsorship of the Festival division provides award medallions (gold, silver or bronze) what will be provided to all competitors.

All sponsors receive:

  • Recognition as an event sponsor in the printed program (name or logo placement).
  • Recognition as an event sponsor on the Festival webpage (name or logo placement).
  • Verbal acknowledgement of the sponsorship at the awards ceremony.
  • All sponsors will receive a half page ad (full page ad for sponsors $500+) in the event program and recognition in the program in the section for the sponsored division.
  • Additionally, all sponsors receive recognition (logo) in all eBlasts from now until June, and on the front page of the San Diego Flute Guild website.
  • Sponsors will be “pinned” to the top of our Facebook page at least 6 times per year, one time with an ad pertaining to your business including your logo (if provided).
