In this class, we will make sure we have a solid understanding of how to sit and stand which is, after all, the the foundation of how we hold our flutes!
We will do this with some general anatomy, movement, and the importance of our head/neck/back alignment (Primary Control). Feeling tension in your neck and shoulder area? This class is for you!
