As a volunteer organization, we are dedicated to supporting and encouraging the growth and development of flutists of all ages and levels of ability; to provide opportunities for education, performance, social interaction, and the advancement of pedagogy to our membership and to the San Diego flute and music community at large.

The San Diego Flute Guild is proud to host Robert Dick, musical visionary and creative virtuoso in the tradition of Paganini and Hendrix. Chamber Music Festival / May 19, 2013

The Chamber Music Festival is for either groups of multiple flutes or mixed ensembles containing at least one flute player (example a woodwind quintet, flute and clarinet duet, 2 flutes and piano). Please, no flute solos with piano accompaniment. Multiple instrument ensembles are encouraged and you can have a multiple instrument ensemble (2 or more) with piano accompaniment. This is a great opportunity for students to play with their non-flute friends! More...



Summer Flute Camp / June 26-29, 2013

ANNOUNCING SUMMER FLUTE CAMP
Come away with us and immerse yourself in flute with friends having fun! Students will have the opportunity to learn in a relaxed, intimate setting at a luxurious villa. Bring your flute and sleeping bag and enjoy the opportunity to interact with instructors while being able to take advantage of the on-site activities! More...
