If you are interested in being a sponsor and/or exhibiting at this year's San Diego Flute Guild Spring Flute Festival, please read below:

Invitation to Exhibit

You are cordially invited to exhibit your products and/or services at the upcoming San Diego Flute Guild 2012 Spring Flute Festival.  This is the San Diego Flute Guild’s biggest event of the year and one of the largest events of its kind in Southern California.  This year’s event will be held at San Diego State University.  This larger venue is a great opportunity to reach flutists in this region with your products or services.  This year’s event will feature Mimi Stillman in recital and master class.  A number of additional workshops will be presented by other guest clinicians and of course there will be the competitive aspirations of the region’s best young flutists.

Exhibitor's table displays will be located in the registration room allowing the greatest exposure to all flutists attending the festival.  The event is two days long.  Exhibitors will only be present for the second day (Sunday) when final competitions will be held and all of the guest performances and presentations will be offered. 

Exhibitor fees will be the same as last year ($50).  This fee does not include tables.   Each exhibitor will have enough space for two 8 foot tables.  You are welcome to bring your own tables or displays.  We will be renting tables for the event and we can rent additional tables for your use as needed for an additional fee (see registration form).  If you require special accommodation (more space, power, etc.), please let me know and we will work to accommodate you.  Registration also includes a business card size ad in the festival program.  Parking is free in designated areas (details to follow).

Festival Program and Newsletter Advertising:

Exhibitor registration includes one business card size ad printed in the festival program (subject to publication deadline).  If you would like to place an ad in the program, please email your sized artwork in a hi res jpeg format (300dpi+) to sandiegofluteguild at gmail dot com at your earliest convenience. Exhibitors who are also current SDFG Business Members will receive exposure not only in our Festival Program but in our Newsletter for the next 10 months. You can see an example of that Newsletter by clicking here and scrolling down to page 15.

Exhibitor space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis.  To reserve your spot at this year’s event please reply via email with some basic information (click here for the form).   Because we are getting close to the event your timely reply is appreciated. All artwork is due by April 1, 2012 and should be sent to sandiegofluteguild@gmail.com.
